Durcorit C120

Durcorit C-120 is used to correct porosity defects and cavities in all kind of cast iron and steel alloys. It is a perfect material for small and medium size repairs that after must face temperature requirments. Durcorit C-120 supports up to 350 º C has anticorrosion and outstanding technical properties.

Mix powder and hardener at a ratio 3:1 by volume (castable viscosity) through addition of powder or liquid you can adjust the viscosity. It can be applied by spatula. Once you get the desire thickness layer, leave it dry. Once cured, you can grind it or sandpaper to obtain nice metal appaerance.

Curing time: 45 to 75 minutes depending on the thickness of the mixture. If thicker, longer the drying time.
